graduated in Dentistry and Prosthodontics from the Università degli Studi di Genova in 1994 with honors and obtained his National License the same year. He was registered with the Provincial College of Physicians, Surgeons, and Dentists in Genoa in 1995 and was deemed suitable for a professorship at the University of Palermo in 2004. Since 2009, he has been a Professor at the Università degli Studi di Genova, where he also serves as Dean of the Dental Hygiene program and Head of the Conservative and Endodontic Dentistry Department. He has led multiple advanced Master’s programs in Digital Dentistry, Advanced Aesthetics, and Laser Dentistry and has been the Erasmus Program Referent for Dentistry since 2015. As a Visiting Professor at NYU, Indian University, and the University of Buffalo, he has contributed to international education. Since 2010, he has presided over 19 international Fellowship Courses in Laser Dentistry, Endodontics, and Restorative Dentistry. He also serves as a Provincial Advisor for the Medical & Dental Board and the National Association of Italian Dentists (ANDI). From 1999 to 2009, he was an Adjunct Professor at the Università degli Studi di Genova.
